SouthernTrek was established in Wanaka with a single mission: to provide immersive, small-group and custom travel itineraries across New Zealand without burdening our pristine ecosystems.

Our guides are Department of Conservation (DOC) certified and trained in wilderness first aid. We honor the principles of Kaitiakitanga (guardianship of the land) and adhere strictly to Leave No Trace ethics across all our alpine and coastal expeditions.
